My journey began in a humble, two room cabin on a river in rural Montana. I was raised by two artistic parents in a creative environment, I explored both art and nature. The river reflected the changing seasons and my artistic growth.
Quiet moments by the bank allowed for observation and sketching, deepening my appreciation for nature. The rural landscape, with its expansive skies and rugged mountains, shaped my artistic style. I strive to translate these natural experiences into my work, capturing emotions as well as images. The freedom to create and the beauty of nature continue to fuel my passion for art.
I believe every story connects us, and sharing mine fosters that bond. I hope to inspire others to explore creativity and appreciate the beauty in life's ordinary moments. Through my art, I aim to promote dialogue about the environment and encourage mindfulness of the natural world.
As an artist, I create canvases, murals, and jewelry. My paintings explore nature and human connection, using vibrant colors and zen like geometry to evoke emotion and interest. In jewelry I get to recycle my art into wearable jewelry.
In murals, I transform public spaces into vibrant, inspiring environments.
I also enjoy teaching step-by-step classes for all skill levels, encouraging creativity and confidence in art. My goal is to foster a love for art and make creativity accessible to all.
